Global Customer-Facing Platforms
Part of a globally distributed engineering team contributing to the design, development, and operation of customer-facing services. Responsibilities span the full lifecycle of software delivery — from architecture and implementation to reliability and optimization.
- Engineering & Architecture: Participate in design, solutions, and software architecture reviews to ensure scalability, performance, and security
- Software Development: Develop production-grade systems using Python, Java, and Go, focusing on high availability and maintainability
- Cloud Infrastructure: Design and manage infrastructure using Terraform and Terragrunt, driving reliability, cost efficiency, and compliance
- Observability & Reliability: Implement and maintain robust observability, monitoring, and logging pipelines via Datadog and OpenSearch; participate in 24/7 on-call rotations through PagerDuty
- AI Integration: Lead the adoption of AI-driven development tools such as Claude Code, NotebookLM, and Roo Code to enhance engineering efficiency
- Mentorship & Leadership: Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, promoting best practices in coding, cloud management, and DevOps
